Ellis Fischel Cancer Center's Cancer Exercise Series provides our patients and community an opportunity to engage in physical activity.
We know that physical activity helps cancer patients recover — both physically and mentally. It also helps prevent some types of cancer.
The physical therapists and cancer specialists at University of Missouri Health Care recognize exercise can be difficult, whether it's finding the right program for you or working it into your schedule. We've created 20-minute exercise routines for all abilities – for beginners to advanced – to help you get started.
After your workout, please take our survey to help us understand your exercise needs.
