The American Society of Breast Surgeons recommends that all women older than 25 undergo a formal risk assessment for breast cancer, and our breast specialists are here to help.
The team at Ellis Fischel Cancer Center is made up of breast health experts in the areas of imaging, oncology and surgery. As part of a risk assessment, our doctors will discuss your personal risk factors and help you develop an individualized plan after reviewing your options.
All risk assessments involve obtaining a detailed personal and family history, and we have various models that we can use to determine a woman’s risk of breast cancer.
