Megan McMahon, MD, is a board-certified gynecologist who provides care for women during all phases of their lives, from well-woman care to pregnancy and menopause. She provides general gynecology care as well as obstetric and postpartum care, and treats pelvic pain, irregular vaginal bleeding, polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) and fibroids.

Dr. McMahon became a physician because she enjoys learning about her patients and applying her understanding of medicine to help each person meet their personal goals. Her goal is to help her patients achieve the quality of life they want through shared decision-making.

When she's not seeing patients, Dr. McMahon is most likely outside. She regularly runs on the trails in Columbia and enjoys hiking and camping around the United States. Dr. McMahon and her husband, Dan, who is also a physician at MU Health Care, are the proud owners of Chewie, a goofy 90-pound Bernedoodle.
