Mo Magdy Abdelfatah, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine and gastroenterology specialist who diagnoses and treats conditions of the digestive tract. Dr. Magdy offers advanced, minimally invasive procedures including peroral endoscopic myotomy (POEM), gastric peroral endoscopic myotomy (G-POEM), endoscopic removal of gastrointestinal tumors, therapeutic endoscopic ultrasound (EUS), treatment of pancreatic cysts (cystogastrostomy) and endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) and cholangioscopy. He also provides minimally invasive, incisionless weight loss therapies and helps patients manage postsurgical complications.

Mo Magdy Abdelfatah, MD, MSs, is a clinician researcher at the School of Medicine who specializes in minimally invasive endoscopic diagnosis and treatment for GI tract disorders. His work interfaces closely with surgeons, oncologists and radiologists.
