About

Abbey White, PhD, is a fellowship-trained psychologist who provides care for patients dealing with chronic pain and medical issues, suicidal ideation, childhood trauma and sexual trauma. She has experience helping people navigate issues with group, family and interpersonal relationships. Dr. White did fellowship training at the National Center for Veteran Studies and understands how to provide care for people who have served in the military.

Dr. White chose to become a psychologist after starting her own journey of inner healing as a therapy client while in college. Her goal is to help others receive the same positive and transformational experience.

Her care philosophy centers on the beliefs that we heal in relationships, and that the therapeutic relationship requires an immense amount of courage from both the client and therapist.

In her personal life, Dr. White enjoys hiking, kayaking, reading and her faith. Exploring new areas outdoors is made more fun with her goldendoodle, Birdie.
