Complimentary phones are available in the second-floor visitor lounge for local phone calls. To make a long-distance call, please ask a staff member for assistance. House phones are located throughout the hospital and are clearly marked. They may be used to answer overhead pages, contact the hospital operator or place calls to other hospital phones.

TDDs (telephone aids) are available for visitors with hearing or speech impairments, and TTYs (teletypewriters) are available for deaf patients.

Volunteers or staff members deliver packages and flowers to patients Monday through Friday, except on U.S. Postal Service and University holidays.
