Carl Freter, MD, earned his medical degree at Washington University in St. Louis and completed his residency at Stanford Hospital and Clinics in California. He performed his fellowship training at the National Cancer Institute in Bethesda, MD. Dr. Freter is board certified in internal medicine and medical oncology, fellowship trained in hematology.
