COLUMBIA, Mo. — Ellis Fischel Cancer Center and Hy-Vee invite breast cancer survivors to two special “Cooking with Super Foods” presentations from noon to 1 p.m. and 4 to 5 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 22, at the Hy-Vee store located at 405 E. Nifong Blvd. in Columbia.

“Cooking with Super Foods” attendees will enjoy preparing recipes with high antioxidant foods, known as super foods. Attendees will also receive cooking techniques, healthy recipes, education on selecting healthy meal plans, snacks and goodie bags.
