The Office of Corporate Compliance (OCC) provides a monthly education session for UMHS Medical Records facility coding staff. The primary focus is to provide facility coding staff with the following:

• Education
• Guidance
• Resources
• Relevant and timely topics

This is provided through OCC staff and physician presentations as well as audio conferences from other health organizations.

These are routinely scheduled on the 1st Wednesday of each month from 11:30-12:30 p.m. With the help of the Missouri Telehealth Network (MTN) we can broadcast to the following locations:

• University Hospital in room CE505
• Missouri Rehabilitation Center in Medical Records Machine 105
• Women's and Children's Hospital in the Conference Pavilion (check marquee for room number as this can change)
• Quarterdeck in room QD121
