The health care providers at University Physicians-Green Meadows Family Medicine Clinic take a team approach to providing patients with health care. The clinic is organized in three teams: blue, gold and green, and has more than 40,000 patient visits each year. Every effort is made to schedule a patient with his/her primary care physician, but when a physician cannot meet the appointment needs of the patient, another provider on that physician's team will be available to provide care.
