The Dining & Nutrition Services department is pleased to provide our customers in the retail food service areas with nutrition information. Providing this information will allow our customers to make informed and healthy food choices. This information embraces University of Missouri Health Care's mission to improve the health and well-being of the people of Missouri and beyond.
Please note that this is a work in progress, not every menu item appears on the lists. Also, not every retail food service area has completed the rigorous series of events that must occur in order to provide this information.
All nutritional information is based on product label, US Foods web site http://www.foodservicedirectorder.com/jsp/HomeFrameSet.jsp or from the USDA's Nutrient Database http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/ . MUHC is not responsible for wrong or inaccurate information. All nutrition information is based on average values for ingredients from Dining and Nutrition Services. Variation in serving sizes, preparation techniques, product testing and sources of supply, as well as regional and seasonal differences may affect the nutrition values for each product. In addition, product formulations change periodically. You should expect some variation in the nutrient content of the products purchased in our dining facilities.
