Abstracts will be considered for presentation in Slide Forums and Poster Sessions.
Content
Abstracts should relate to the dialysis modalities addressed by the program.
Format
The abstract must fit into the designated box, a 4 1/8 x 5 7/8 inch space, when printed in type that is no smaller than 10 point). The length is approximately 2000 characters without tables or figures. Small character-based tables or graphs may be included. You may download and print an abstract form to use as a template or to submit a hard copy.
Title
The title must be brief and clearly indicate the nature of the investigation or clinical focus. Do not identify the author(s) or institution(s) in the title.
Body of Abstract
Make the abstract as informative as possible. Organize the body of the abstract as follows: (a) purpose of study, (b) methods, (c) results, (d) conclusions. Conclusions must be supported by data. Use standard abbreviations and generic drug names. Place unusual abbreviations or acronyms in parentheses after first use. Do not identify author(s) or institution(s) in text.
Author(s) and Affiliation(s)
For hard copies submitted by mail or fax, include author information at the END of the abstract within the box. List last name, first name, and middle initials of all authors. Do not include degrees or titles. Affiliation(s) should include only the name of the institution, city and state and country.

Notification of acceptance or rejection will be made during November 2007. Acceptance of an abstract does not waive the registration fee.
All abstract will be published. Peritoneal dialysis abstracts will be published in Peritoneal Dialysis International. Hemodialysis abstracts will be published in Hemodialysis International. PD/HD abstracts will be published in the journal indicated by the author.
